In June, Xbox Game Pass, the games subscription service, will add four new games to its already extensive library of over 300 games. This platform, often compared to Netflix for video games, is constantly adding and removing titles, ensuring there’s something for every gamer’s taste. It’s not uncommon for the service to receive new games on the day of their release, providing a significant incentive for players to subscribe to the service. In many cases, the cost of a monthly subscription is less than the purchase price of a single game, especially the large-scale AAA titles featured on the platform.
The four new games scheduled for addition in June are diverse in style and genre. “The Big Con” kicks off on June 1 and plunges players into a comic crime adventure as a novice grifter. On June 6, “Hypnospace Outlaw”, a simulator that recreates the Internet experience of the 90s, will be available. “Rune Factory 4 Special”, a fantasy farming adventure, and “Stacking”, a puzzle adventure featuring stackable Russian dolls, will join the service on June 8.

In addition to these, other confirmed titles for Xbox Game Pass include “Car Mechanic Simulator 2021”, a game that offers a relaxing experience of building an automotive service empire, and “Slayers X”, an old-school shooter with a strong 90s aesthetic, both of which will be launch-day releases. “Amnesia: The Bunker”, another release on its launch day, is likely to be a hit among survival horror fans, while “Dordogne” promises a more relaxed, narrative-driven experience. However, it should also be noted that some games will be leaving the service on May 31, including “Europa Universalis 4”, “Evil Genius 2”, “FIFA 21”, “Floppy Knights” and “Lawn Mowing Simulator”.
